2 Weeks!!

Wow! Charley is already 2 weeks old (well... 2 1/2 by the time I write this).  She went in for her 2 week check up and we found out our little girl likes to eat! She is now 9 lbs (which means she gained 22 oz in 11 days!). . . I think she may be on her way to taking after her daddy! :) 


She got an A+ at the check up . . . the Dr said she was looking great, eating great and for us to just continue what we are doing.  All of her measurements (height, weight, head size) were in the 90+ percentile.  


We're having a blast being parents and getting to know Charley!  We think she's pretty darn adorable! :)


Some fun things from the last 2 weeks . . . 


Charley LOVES her hands! She's always putting them on her face and now she's starting to grab onto things (like my shirt) when she eats... pretty cute.  

She is the girl of a million faces . . . I think she has shown us every expression possible. . . especially when she first wakes up and goes through all of them :)

I love snuggling with her...especially right after she eats. She loves to shimmy herself into the crook of my neck after she is done burping and bury her body into mine.  ahhhh :)

She sure does love her daddy!

She is a sleeper . . . but she is starting to become more alert during the day! It has been fun to see her pretty eyes!

Kama and Olin are the best big brothers in the world! Kama only now obsessively licks her face about 1x/day :) 

She lost her umbilical cord - and no I did NOT keep it :) - and had her first bath 

She's already had so many visitors . . . and has loved them all! Here are a few of them. . .
